About Me
From a young age, I wanted to change the world—or at least make a meaningful dent in it. After a few years of hitchhiking and living a nomadic life in my early twenties, I landed in Birmingham, AL, a Midwest kid suddenly caught up in the pulse of the South. I spent the next five years building the city’s non-profit bike shop, a project that grew into a hub for community, connection, and transformation.
During those years, I became captivated by murals. The size, the power, the way they could transform entire streets into places people wanted to be—it stuck with me. Murals felt larger than life, and I couldn’t shake the idea of creating something like that myself.
What started as a fascination turned into a career. Murals became my way of blending storytelling with artistry, creating work that’s rooted in purpose and meant to stand the test of time. Every wall is an opportunity to design something bold, something people stop to admire, something that resonates.
Now, I paint murals for cities, businesses, and communities, always driven by the same goal: to make art that connects, inspires, and leaves an impression long after the paint has dried. ~~ That was Cheezy XD
